I am happily married to my loving wife and a proud father of 3. I have two daughters, 11 and 21 years old and a son who is just 8. My daughters are amazing and are growing so fast. My son is incredible and loves Superhero's and looks to me as I were a Superhero too. His favorite is Batman. My wife... Well we all call her Super K because she IS a Superhero. The strongest mother and wife ever I knew could exist! She's also a teacher! I dunno how she does it!
The last couple of years have been really hard. My youngest daughter diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, my wife losing her mom to cancer, and then I diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Then of course losing my job of 15 years because of it all.
I don't ask for help much because I'm stubborn that way... but I'm a father, a dad, and a very special boys Superhero and I feel I am losing this fight... so, I wanted to try something different. It was mostly my sons idea. So together we sketched our best Bat Signal and put it up here at DeviantArt. It was the best I could do and he smiles because Batman always comes.

I want to be a better artist and I want our Bat Signal to show it. I want it to be bright and colorful and prevail. I will update as often as time allows us.
I cant wait to be able to show my son at what he can do with art!
